This is the first time we’ve had the opportunity to do portraits for John and Barbora’s family, but we already knew them from church, and when we found out they were the ones to win an auction for a family portrait session we had donated to a charity fund-raising event, we were excited!
When we saw they’d decided to bring their little four-legged family members, we were excited about that, too! Dixie and Georgia are both pure-bred Shih Tzus, and Georgia is one of Dixie’s now grown puppies. Such cuties!
The family is very involved in Scouts, and are all serious campers — so this wooded location was perfect for them!
The day was SO cold, but that just made it feel festive!
